I am passionate about people and their personal development. I believe potential can be found in all employees, teams and organizations. My goal is to make them all flourish and by doing so increasing efficiency and productivity and reaching personal and business goals. Improvement tracks on the floor start with the employees themselves. Therefor I listen to their needs, whishes, ideas and ambitions. With that information I try to find, shape and/or create the perfect job and working conditions. I offer them a platform to grow and develop, and to become a better version of themselves. Furthermore, I put an emphasis on automating processes and implementing solutions to work more efficiently. My ultimate goal within a company is to align HR Strategy with the mission, strategy and business goals of the company.
