• Finance Management experience in international, project and high tech industries
• Proven record of managing change in business processes, tools and organizations
• Able and comfortable in complex environments: multi location, multi P&L, matrix structures
• Proficient in finance and accounting: IFRS, US GAAP and Belgian GAAP
• Familiar with trade compliance and internal controls such as SOX
• Strategy development and implementation: territory, industry and account planning
• Accelerated people development of young high potentials at Alstom and Emerson
• Negotiations with regards to contracts, claims and terms and conditions
• Board room experience at Alstom Hydro AG and Syntra Brussel VZW
• Obtaining a Master of Business Administration at the University of Cumbria
• Fluent in 4 languages, Dutch, English, French and German
• General & Sales Management experience in high tech B2B industry
