Project description:

We are looking for an experienced developer to create an automated wish list/order system that works in combination with the Barn2 Product Table plugin. This system is designed to streamline the ordering process for our wholesale customers and provide an efficient, user-friendly experience that aligns with our sustainability goals.



Detailed Requirements:



User role integration: After logging in, users with a Barn2 wholesale plugin user role should find a "Quick Order" button in the navigation header, which leads to a product table with our full wholesale range. Here they can filter, search, select and add products to the shopping cart.

Order list integration: We aim to provide the ability to add products to one or more order lists using a checkbox or heart icon in the product table. We are currently using the Wishlist for WooCommerce Pro version of WPfactory, due to its ability to create multiple lists and import functions for our customers.



Automatic Order Lists: The order list should be integrated into a Barn2 product table view, allowing customers to subscribe to regular deliveries of selected products, including the choice of delivery frequency (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly) via a drop-down menu.



Fixed Delivery Days: Customers have fixed delivery days based on our logistics service. We use the Iconic Delivery Slots plugin for this purpose. Orders should be processed automatically 2 days before the delivery day at 12:00, which is also the deadline for any changes or additions.



Customer notification: An automatic email reminder should be sent 48 hours before the order deadline, with information about the upcoming automatic delivery.



Goal:

Our goal is to improve the ordering process for our customers, making it more efficient and in line with our sustainability efforts. This system will save our customers time by automating and customizing their regular orders as needed, while maintaining flexibility and control over their orders.



Requirements for Developers:



Experience with WooCommerce, Barn2 Product Table and Wishlist for WooCommerce Pro.

Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce needs.

Ability to integrate multiple plugins and create a seamless user experience.

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
